Terms of sale
Prices are shown in US dollars. To buy a tool, use the Purchase button: it opens an email confirming your order. You will receive a reply with payment details, and the order is complete once payment is received. Any taxes that apply are confirmed before you pay.
Digital delivery
Digital tools are delivered as PDF files by email once payment is confirmed. If a file does not arrive or will not open, reply to the delivery email and it will be re-sent.
Physical shipping
Practitioner Conversation Cards are a printed product. Shipping cost, regions and expected delivery time are confirmed by email before you pay, so the total is always agreed in advance.
Refunds
Because digital tools are delivered as files, sales are final once a file has been delivered — unless the file is faulty or not as described, in which case it will be replaced or refunded. Printed cards can be returned unused within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Coaching and organisational work is scoped and agreed in writing before it starts, including its own cancellation terms.
Licence
Each tool is licensed to the person who buys it, for their own personal and professional use. Practitioners may use the exercises with their own clients, but may not copy, resell, redistribute or publish the materials. All content on this site remains the intellectual property of Shahrukh Athar.
Scope of the work
This work is education and coaching in behavioural pattern analysis. It is not therapy, and it is not psychological or medical treatment. If you are dealing with a mental health concern, please consult a qualified professional.
